8 Day Supply of Night Detox Tea: Place 1 tsp. of Night Detox Tea in 8oz. freshly boiled water on evenings/night, twice a week, over 28 days. It is optional which two days, per week, you chose; it is NOT recommended that you do it 2 nights consecutively.
